Sizemore was on many episodes of Celebrity Rehab.
He has severe addiction issues which caused him to destroy what was on track to be a huge acting career.
Steven Spielberg admired his acting abilities but told Tom if he did not quit using drugs he would be uninsurable and blackballed in Hollywood. That happened.
Tom had a million dollar house, etc. All gone due to drugs.
He ended up hanging around with Heidi Fleiss, legendary pimp & addict, during which time he beat her and was arrested for domestic violence. Also busted for drugs. Surprise, surprise.
Sizemore has been offered help repeatedly in the Hollywood community by Dr. Drew and Bob Forrest and many others. He seems unable to stay sober. It's a miracle he's still alive IMHO. Many young actors would give anything to have the opportunities Sizemore has blown to smithereens. Whether or not he's "nice" is irrelevant at this point. Drugs ravaged his heart his soul his talent and his life.
