If Meat did die of Covid and was anti vaxx and did not share any regrets then there is no reason for his family to be on Stern's show.

Meat's real name was Marvin Lee Aday. His character's name in Fight Club was Robert Paulson.
I don't think Howard was saying he wants Meat's family on his show; he just made the assumption that Meat had regrets and he wants his family to say that pubicly. Even if he did have regrets, his family has no obligation to reveal that to anyone. -
