            Excuse me, but where someone is born - or where they live - has nothing to do with their heritage.
            Try this scenario:
            "Is she really all AMERICAN? She looks half Greek to me."
            Response : Yes. She is from Houston, Texas.
            The above doesn't make any more sense than the original.
            I apologize, blackiceuk. (But I am being honest)

                    No, what was asked was is she ALL English, is she PART something else, etc.
                    People can be born in Oxfordshire and be all sorts of other things besides English.
                    (I was born in Texas. I live in Colorado. My heritage is, among other things,
                    English, Irish, German, Jewish, a little bit Scottish, a little bit Welsh
                    etc.)
                    (Note: Where people were born often DOES have SOMETHING^~ to do with what
                    their ethnic heritage is. ^
                    ~ But not EVERYTHING. ^~)
                    Kit =^__^= (of mixed^
                    ^ heritages^^)
                    =^
                    __^=

                      She is as far as I am aware as a Brit myself, 100% BRITISH and born and raised in England as were both her parents. Doing some research on the net about it, both her parents are English by birth without a hint of mediterranean connection, but who knows? Sometimes these genetic quirks are handed down from some ancestorwell all I can say is lucky Rachel. I was blown away and insanely jealous of her stunning beauty when I watched 'The Thorn Birds' as a skinny, unruly haired, frecked 12 year old!
