For some reason, I think this actor looks like a non af-am version of Cuba Gooding Jr. Must have something to do with how his lips move when he says certain lines.
And definitely a Mark Wahlberg resemblance there. Weird think you know, here I've read posts saying he looks like M.Wahlberg, Billy Bob Thornton, even Ian McNiece -

I agree with you on Wahlberg. I'd never thought about Cuba but I can see what you're talkimg about - except I think it's the eyes.
Can you see Whaley as a young Robert Picardo? -

I agree. They are both AMAZINGLY talented actors who steal any scene in which they appear. I first saw Frank Whaley in the film "Homage" and was totally blown away by his acting. Can't mistake him for anyone else!

I'd say that D.W. looks like Frank.
But Frank has made his bones on playing roles that stretch an actor. He can be Richie Cunningham or The Elephant Man..sympathetic or unsympathetic..he just gets into it. 8 to 80, blind, crippled or crazy.
He just knows how to actand yeah, he's got that ageless face.
