I know her sister Susan got a message from her Niece on her cell.
And then Susan went to NYC and hooked up with the guys from Third Watch.
I don't think she ever found her niece that episode
The Next Episode she was back in Chicago at work
What happened to Cloe and her kid??

In teh crossover ep on 3rd Watch Susan Jr was found.
Dr Susan & niece returned to Chicago.
Later on Chloe came back. She was sober, in rehab, & engaged. With her fiace she moved & took Susan Jr with her.
