Should be cast as Rocksteady in TMNT sequel!

So Gary Anthony Williams, most known as the voice of Uncle Ruckus of The Boondocks fame, has been cast as Bebop for TMNT 2 (2016). Williams of course is an amazingly talented actor, with a varied resume, who will no doubt do excellent in the role.
But in order for both Bebop and Rocksteady to shine, the banter between has to work and really jump off the screen, so Rocksteady must be cast with care.
For this role, our vote goes to Tom Wilson, Biff Tannen of Back to the Future fame!
