Why does she talk like a moron?

Yesterday I saw a clip of Miss Winfrey interviewing First Lady Michelle Obama.
I know Oprah Winfrey is very intelligent, so have wondered for years now why she has the need to lapse into, "Weeeellll, gurl we'z gunna go SHOPPPIN'!!!" and like phrased idiotic talk?
As a viewer, I find it offensive. Possibly she thinks her audience isn't capable of understanding correct English?
For someone who is an advocate for education, I just don't understand, nor do I find it (or her) amusing. -

I haven't see the interview in question, but Oprah slips into it that from time to time in a joking/teasing manner. It'd be an issue if she spoke like that all or even most of the time.

"Talk like a moron"? Nobody's a "moron" just because they slip into slang every once in a while. And nobody speak perfect English 24 hours a day, not even the OP. Ever heard of slang? It exists, so quit whining about it. You sound like a moron even complaining about something so insignificant,anyway.
