seriously, she seems like such a sweet, sincere person (with a quirky sense of humor) in all the interviews I've seen with her on talk shows and such, but nobody seems to know her or take her very seriously.
the worst was that conan interview in '99 (http://www.thebuzzbin.com/rp/conan.rm). conan and his audience were such a**holes! That's the worst I've ever seen any guest ever treated on ANY late-night talk show, and I watch em pretty damn often.

Here's Kari calling into Stern's show 5 or so years ago. They were pretty hard on her, too.

She does sound high.
After hearing this it's hard to believe this is the same person on GH now.

oh my godKari is a psycho. She's either on something,
needs
to be on something, or is trying far too hard to be funny, clever, and quirky.
I'm hoping for the latter.
Quotes:
Conan: So you're an acid right now?
Then on Stern: Are you drunk?
You can tell Conan was disguising it as a joke, but that he could tell something was amiss with that poor girl. Stern was dead serious.
It wasn't Conan's fault. Conan follows the guests' leads like any good host. She had a really terrible schtick. Also the same for Stern (and you cannot expect him to treat ALL his guests well. He is a shock-jock) -

WOW.I just saw that clip from Conan - she was just trying to be funny but no one got it. The stuff she was saying would have probably been funny in an inner circle of friends that knew what you where talking about. It's kind of like when Dennis Miller says all those really obscure references - the Marsha thing she was talking about from the Brady Bunch, prob5b4ably had somebody at home that was a big Brady fan, Going "Oh I know, I know!" I think she'd be great fun to kick it with; but seriously would your friends that you think are fun or funny get laughs at their crap on TV? I think she should just stop trying to treat people on TV as friends, and stop trying to have a good time (sad really but most people aren't used to seeing stars as regular goofy fun- loving people) and just be one of the dry ass boring predicable people that everyone expects. She'd get less sh*t over it. But it's a shame people can't just have a good time and be themselves.
