Wikipedia says 1973, but IMBD says 1968, Does anyone know for sure? She Did look about 9 yrs old when Family Ties started in 1982, but then again she could have looked young for her age? Im more partial to 1973 myself but if anyone knows for sure

It has to be 1973. If you watch the first season of Family Ties you will see that there is no way she was 15 in those episodes.
