Wow, I didn't mean to sound correctionary, I'm sorry if it sounded that way. I was just voicing my thoughts on little sleep. I knew what you meant, I just meant to say that in general I can't see a great resemblance. I do agee with the rest.
I'm actually quite impressed with your suggestions, they're all new to me. I especially agree about Eddie Albert, in his younger days but also as he's gotten older. He's one of the best suggestions I've heard and I can't get that out of my head, now.

I really can't think of any current actors who are comparable. Anybody I can think of was active around the '50s-'60s or so.
Larry Storch comes to mind, suddenly. Also, Warren Berlinger.

I thinks he looks kinda like Alan Tudyk. When I saw Dodgeball, I swear I thought it was Steve throughout the entire film! Then I went on IMDB and I realized it wasn't him.
