Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Edward Albert

    DawnZEJ3 — 19 years ago(September 28, 2006 04:55 AM)

He cared for Eddie Albert for the last 10 years, and now he has died, too. Lung cancer is a bitch. It took my Dad at 58.
I didn't even know Eddie Albert had Alzheimer's until I read about Edward's death.

Sad indeed. I too just found out about his father in IMDB article. I used to love watching him in the 70's when I was a kid, on the CBS Movie of the week or some miniseries.
He was so handsome. He had a dimple in his chin Michael Jackson would have killed for.
I do wish IMDB had some better pics. I am getting a vibe off the cowboy pics which don't do him justice.

      Greetings,
Need I say more? You are remembered.

I'm sorry about your Dad, too. It seems like as adults, it shouldn't be as tough to lose a parentbut it isPeople should live to ripe old ages and get to know their grandchildren and even great grandchildren

From what I have read about this wonderful man, he was a good and kind man. Always looking out for the little person. It is so sad that he has passed, but I am sure that his journey home was full of love and joy. He will be sadly missed here on earth.
I keep hopeing that the networks will run a day or even a week of all of the movies this talented actor has been in. He deserves to be remembered for all of the good things he has done here in his short life time. And for all of his talent. He was one of the best!!!!
