I recently watched this adaptation of Wuthering Heights with Claire Bloom - and was spell-bound! She played Cathy with the most natural and convincing style.
Just a pity that this film can only be seen at the BFI (British Film Institute) in London (I'm grateful for that, though). If anyone interested would like to promote the release of this movie, perhaps emailing DVDenquiryline@2entertain.co.uk
might help. -

Good morning,
With your permission I might use this email address to give it a try. (Unfortunately) I can only imagine how b7eceautiful Wuthering Heights can be with Claire Bloom as Cathy Earnshaw. I've just deleted my post with this request.
All the best,
Adrian Paul Botta -

Soon may be available a digital version of Wuthering Heights which now can be found only at BFI. I really do not know who likes me up there but after a lot of e-mails, when I was about to give up, I got good news. Really I don't know who decided it but who ever you are, you have my gratitude. Finally I will have the chance to see that Cathy Earnshaw I always dreamed of. Claire Bloom
