Did his widow who accepted his Oscar remarry or is she still alive?

I don't know. What I do know about her is that she inherited most if not all of Finch's estate after he died. This is from Finch's biography by Elaine Dundy and from Finch's son Charles whom he pretty much abandoned as a toddler. Eletha Finch had one daughter with Peter named Diana and a son, Christopher by a previous relationship. Her maiden name was Barrett. Peter Finch's legal name at birth was Ingle-Finch and some of his family members use that name. He had three children from 2 previous marriages in addition to Diana.
