I never thought I'd be quoting Twiki on the imdb forum, but as I'm re-watching the Buck Rogers in the 25th Century Pilotwhoa, mama.
It's a shame that Pamela stopped doing TV after Matt Houston. She might just be the sexiest woman I've ever seen on TV (and that while on the same show with Erin Gray). The costume were ridiculous, but my God, was she a Goddess! A good actress, too. The role wasn't Shakespearean by any stretch of the imagination, but she played it well.
Too bad that Netflix is losing this show on September 1st. Oh well, I grew up watching this show, so I'll have to get it on DVD. -

Agreedher and Erin Gray were knockouts. Even if the show stunk..it would still be worth watching just to see those two.
They were definitely both out-of-this-world babes, but I preferred (by only small amounts) Pamela during the first season and Erin after that.

Even with those ridiculous horns, the rest of the outfit was like some skimpy harem outfit, showing off the sexiest abs I've ever seen. Yes, Princess Ardala/Pamela Hensley was indeed a Goddess!
I followed Pamela in Matt Houston, even noting at times the Ardala-like walk. Yes, what a shame she retired from TV! -

For a princess, she did show a lot of skin. However, Ardala had the regal bearing and haughty demeanor that made it clear she was royalty. The outfit was my favorite, and I regret she didn't get to wear it in the TV series.
Does anyone know why? -

right around the time the show first aired. In regard to some of her costumes, she spoke, somewhat in embarrassed tones, about having to be naked for the body molds in order to achieve that painted-on look we all remember and love. For a very young teen back then, hearing that was pretty heady stuff!
