No idea, never seen an episode of Mr. Robot much less familiarized myself with the bios of the cast. From what I've read of Ms. Rossum, her heritage is complicated(Jewish ancestry maternally; lots of other things otherwise)and in any event, contrary to the hyperpolarized polarized drivel we've been force fed through cable news, such unions ain't unheard of, beginning with the Prophet himself.

He happens to be extremely talented, a writer, creator, etc. for the brilliant show Mr Robot and rather sexy in a geeky way. He's also got money and is obviously more mature than you.
