    I often wonder that myself.

I read somewhere that she actually did go see a doctor about having it removed. The doctor talked her out of it saying that it made her unique. She obviously agreed with him.

        REMOVED!!!!
        You idiots.
Beauty marks were considered just that - beauty marks. They were sexy and unique during that era. I doubt she ever thought about having it removed.
Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor just to name a few are prime examples.

Yeah she did think about it she talked about it in her small little autobiography she wrote in the 80s.

I stand corrected on that one point.

Then there is the scar, the small depression, on the face left by the removal, which would have been just as noticeable. The "beauty spot" was preferable, and I'm glad she kept it. She was a class act.

Dude, are you crazy? To do that would be like defacing a priceless work of art, which is what she is. I know she has passed but she was beautiful, intelligent, classy, talented, gorgeous, sexy and perfect just the way she was.
I'm glad she kept it. She is missed and we, her fans, love her!

One episode of Honey West had her playing two parts with her "Twin" having no mark. Makeup didn't hide the mark as it was still noticeable on the "Twin."
Same thing was obvious on Cesar Romero when he played the Joker on Batman TV series. He refused to shave his mustache and it was covered in makeup but was still visible.

I think she should have had it removed as it was too close to her lip. If it was further away from her lip and on her cheek that is beautiful. I find her mole quite distracting and i imagine that it would have been very annoying when she had to lick her lips or wipe her mouth after eating.
Quite possibly back then it would have left a scar and nowadays it wouldnt but i think it could have been covered easily with makeup.

She guested in two episodes this week on MEtv. One was "White Slavers". Other one slips me at present.
Mark was in one, not the other episode. Saw no sign of scar on missing mark episode. Makes me wonder if it was real or just makeup as needed for filming.

Are you the one that suggested Jennifer Grey "fix" her nose?

Removed? It made her even more alluring.

I'm glad she kept the beauty mark, it was HER trademark. When she starred in the Honey West series, they would focus on the beauty mark during the opening of the show. I personally thought her eyes were an even better feature, when she would smile, and bat her eyelashes, that was pretty sexy look. Anyway, she was a classy looking lady. RIP Anne.

Distracting and unpleasant to the eye. Should have been removed. The big screen only emphasised its oversized dominance in an otherwise flawless face.

As much as I dislike noticeable facial moles, I dislike altering oneself through plastic surgery to look "perfect" even more, so I'm content that she stuck with it.
