Ayatollah Khomeini was ethnically Indian, since his grand-parents immigrated to Iran from India. Nevertheless as a result of centuries of intermixing with conquered and conquerers like Greeks, Arabs, Mongols, Turks and etc, there are few "Pure Persians" left in todays Iran.

How do you know there are few Pure Persians left today? In fact, there were and are many societies in Iran who have not married externally and have not accepted spouses from other than their heritage. Please read about Persian history and then comment about stuff like that.
It's really ignorant to say all communities in Iran were like mixed, just because in Persia's 7000+ year old histor5b4y it was twice conquered (once by the Arabs and once by Mongols)! In fact, it's interesting to know how preserved the Persian society has always kept itself from foreign influences throughout it's history!
Give some proof in the least so your points are valid.

Ah Pure persian blood - is quite close to the caucasian race found in Europe. I remember my uni History lecturer telling me that the names Iran and Aryan (being the race that the Nazi's held in esteem) are from the same word.
Of course the Persians have been neighbours with the Arabs/Turks for like 2000 years - so the bloodlines may have changed.
