Been there about 4 or 5 times. It's also used as Joe's Bar and Grille. The place has a bout a 150 mural on Larry on the front, so you can't possibly miss it. Easy to get to also, probably about 3 miles from Independence Hall. Nice artsy neighborhood too on SOuth Street. I believe Larry's home is first one on the corner of South Street though I also believe oddly numbered 3 South Street as opposed to 1 South Street. Joe Derita also was born and raised in Philly but not sure where his home is was. Btw Larry's home offers many nice souvenirs and except for eating at Joe's in there is free. You can get mugs, menus, glasses , t-shirts with Larry's photo on it saying you made it to Larry's Birth home, etc. Enjoy

just letting you know If you have any questions I am one in the same as my now formerly Rockdovedevotee name,lol. Btw Larry's home is also surrounded by lots of other eateries ,many Philly cheesesteaks etc.
