I agree - the house did get rather crowded toward the series' demise
But I'm glad it gave Erica good exposure to the industry. I think she did good as Cousin Pam, but I think her role as Maxine Shaw really pushed her into the viewer's eye. -

Are yall kidding me, I loved the girl that played Charmaine, and I liked Allen Payne when he played Lance. I loved Karen Malina White's role in Lean On Me, Cosby Show, and especially Different World. I just loved the character Charmaine, she was annoying but that's what made her such a funny person, how she could just ramble on and on, she was so funny.
Come on, give the girl her credit, she was great in that role, I have to agree a little with adding them during the last seasons, but nonetheless, the character Charmaine helped make the Cosby Show during those last years, and she also helped on Different World, as we got to see a lot more of the character develop.
Don't hate, I didn't have a problem with her saying "LANCE!" I thought that was funny, but I guess you see that there are people that do like her, I wish yall could see her the way I do, I think you would like her. -
