Watched all 3 episodes last night and came out of it knowing that Tyra Banks admits no culpability on her part of how poorly these girls were treated. It’s all about Tyra and false empowerment. She even throws 3 of her best friends out the window rather than make an ethical stand. She’s a ****ing hypocrite. At least Janice Dickinson is an obvious, overt, unapologetic outright bitch.

I saw a few reviews on it, and people are really coming out at Tyra, but she still has support from people who say, she is being authentic, and she was always a "mean girl" who was like that, and everyone knew it.
I saw that Janice Dickinson is going to be involved in some sort of other competing documentary and she has things to add as well. Janice has always been outspoken and up her own butt, so that should be interesting.
Perhaps other models will come out and speak as well. I get the impression it was never really about helping the girls to model but was always about creating the drama associated with reality TV.

They had some of the models on, and none of them got a career out of it except Whitney Thompson who had a very brief career. Winning ANTM or being in it was a no go for the agencies. They all said it was not a great experience.
It was reality TV, and did nothing for the modeling industry except show how terrible and competitive it is.

It was also a product of its time. The whole genre of "reality TV" was popular and it's what the audiences seemed to crave. They wanted the drama and the entanglements. They wanted the fights.

True, but she's as old as me, and of course we're not going to look great
But she could have looked a lot better 20 years ago than she did

I think when people, especially women, make their living based on their looks, they can often go to extreme lengths to try and retain their looks, or stay up on current trends (and today, even bodies and faces are prone to trends).
I agree with you about the excessive plastic surgery. If I'm not mistaken, she has a book where she even listed all the surgeries she's had done, and there were a LOT of them!
"Everything About Me is Fake and I'm Perfect"
. (I think that's her book).

I read today that Miss Jay suffered from a stroke that left him unable to walk. When Tyra was mentioned, Jay said that Tyra didnt visit him or sent him anything other than she would visit. She has not yet.
What an ungrateful COW Tyra Banks is. Miss Jay worked hard for that show ANTM.

Lilith takes things that interests me so that she can outshine me. She never actually watches the series she comments on. Its her trademark.
You would think that she would become a better version of herself since Daze ran her off. But no…shes still the same trashy bitch as always.
