You did not attend Harvard Business School.
You do not have a Harvard diploma.
You were never a Harvard student.
You are not a Harvard graduate.
You have never, in fact, been a graduate of any university.
You attended a 9-week, $100,000, Harvard Business School-affiliated certificate course called the Owner/President Management Program. For this you received a certificate of completion. This certificate does not count toward a university degree of any kind. A certificate of completion is not a diploma. At no point during the course were you a Harvard student. There were no academic prerequisites for attended this program, only the ability to pay.
Love ya girl, but there's a fine line between exaggerating and just plain lying.
You're always advising others to get real. Now it's your turn.

wharton still considers people who attend their advanced management and similar programs to be alumni for all intents and purposes- this program is an equivalent. i would not be surprised if harvard considered her an alum.
p.s. you're in for a big surprise with the ivies, honey. they're all about who can pay.

She is an alumni of the non-degree certificate program. She IS NOT an alumni of Harvard Business School and she should not be perpetrating as if she is. Tyra, you've accomplished so much up to nowhold your head up high for that and be proud. Don't blemish your reputation over some foolishness otherwise you lose whatever credibility you had before. It's time to start setting the record straight before this goes any further. It's already looked upon as embarrassing and it will only get worse the longer you run with this lie.

When a student attends college for their bachelor's degrb68ee to obtain an degree in Business they never say "I'm in business school." You only say "I'm in business school" when you're working on your graduate degree, specifically an MBA. So when Tyra would say she was attending Harvard Business School

it was natural that many figured she not only meant she was working on obtaining a degree they did not even think she meant just
          under
graduate degree. Only when someone is working on their Master of Business Administration will they say "I'm in business school."

I guess it depends what your definition of a graduate is. She earned a certificate, so I can see why many people are annoyed at her that she claim2000s to be a Harvard graduate.

Tyra lived an oddly sheltered life. She didn't go through the "real" things we all got out of our systems in our 20's. She is going through it now. She is making wacky mistakes. I am sure we all have some very embarrassing things we have done they just don't get televised.
Side note: Lucky for a lot of us there were no camera phones when we were teenagers.
When you are not concerned with succeeding, you can work with complete freedom.

She says in this video that she went there to so that her company could grow. Did it get any more successful after her Harvard experience?
