He is not leaving. he just on a part time schedule bc he became a father and wants to spend time with his gf and their baby.

I'm expecting him to stay around until his contract is up, just in a lesser capacity. From what I can gather the rumors of him and Grace Park changing their contracts to be less on the show are proven to be true.
