Yes I miss her as well. I hope one day she makes a recovery, and appears publically to let others know how she is doing.

What a shame, there but for the grace of God go us all
The industry has lost a promising talent, I wish her well, it's a real shame.
            MUCH LOVE TO YOU LISA.

I'm hoping the doctors have misdiagnosed her. I've heard this is common in the mental health profession. It would be great to see her on camera againor at least hear how she's doing.

Lots of people have all sorts of diseases, but we just ignore them. It's a shame, but who honestly has missed her? Not me.

Lisa is my friend and I, for one, absolutely do miss her.
So do her other friends and loved ones.
I'm hoping to see her at the end of July if she is well enough/able, but if not, I continue to pray for her health, peace and return to doing what she loves. Not only has the viewing public lost out on her emotional acting ability, Lisa's voice is second to none and from the time we were teens I told her she ought to make an album and hope she still might.

I know that Lisa would love it that so many of her fans wish her well and are thinking of her.
To the best of my (personal) knowledge, Lisa remains in treatment and is being cared for by her family.
I am sad to say that I have not been able to visit her in person and spend time with her . I was hoping to see her last month (end of July), but she could not make it. I was very disappointed and missed seeing her beautiful face and hearing her laugh again.
I always thought that Lisa would make it big in the music business - as her voice is positively peerless (even when we were young) - and I continue to hope that particular future is not yet closed to her.
Thanks again for asking about Lisa. No matter what, your kind words and good wishes are appreciated.
                      Take Care Fans of Lisa!

I'm not trying to bash her or anything. but my older brother worked as an EMT in california like year or two ago, and he would often have to transport patients from places. and he told me he picked her up once and she was completely nuts. she was swearing and just saying the wildest most obscene things111c, and she would spit at everything and try to lick it back up. He talked to some people and they said after she fell out of hollywood everything went downhill for her.pretty sad stuff.

It's called schizophrenia, and it is a terrible, terrifying illness.
Things started going badly for her before leaving Hollywood, in fact I believe her illness caused her to leave.
At the time the only thing we heard in the media was that she had a temper and was difficult to work with. Now we know she is ill. It's really sad to hear how cruelly fate has treated her.
I for one miss her beaming smile and sexy demeanor, and I wish her all the best.

was it really necessary to share that? Not to mention the fact that your older brother should be fired for opening his mouth about patients.
Bad enough to have a breakdown or develop a mental illness even worse to have it happen in the fishbowl.
I wish Lisa all the best and hope she makes as good a recovery as possible.

My prayers go out to Lisa. I know what a nightmare mental illness can be - and I'm not even schizophrenic or bipolar.
I'm no expert by any means (even though I can personally relate to Lisa's situation in many ways) - but it may be a bit unusual that Lisa became ill at a relatively "old" age. I thought diseases like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder typically manifest in one's late-teens or early-'20s. According to her IMDB page, Lisa worked until she was about 33 - and the peak of her career happened while she was in her mid/late '20s.
Perhaps this was something she was struggling with while she was still a successful actress - and it just grew more severe over time. But many schizophrenics wouldn't have been able to do what she did in her mid/late '20s (even into her '30s) - for many, the illness is so bad by the time they are in their mid-'20s that they cannot function anywhere close to the level that it takes to be a high-level actor.
