if you're talking about in ally, her departure was never commented on. in season five lots of the key characters are gone, or only have small roles, such as ling, georgia and whipper. she comes back for the last episode though. its one of the reasons a lot of people don't like season five.
if you're talking about e.r, her character was killed off, in a car accident i thinknot really sure tho?
