When's X FILES Season 11 ?

Ever since the six episode's of Season 10 aired back in January-March earlier this year and the rating's result came in very high and respectable viewing numbers I had assumed Fox would have The X Files Season 11 go into full gear for the fall? But alas seem's no such plan's were that advanced to capitalize on the show's reknewed success and the availability of the main lead actors.
All we know is Cris Carter has been busy toiling away on another mythic story-arc and writing new script's for an as-yet unspecified order of episode's and that filming is to resume in Vancouver, Canada again on location and reassembling key personnel for the show and figuring out the logistic's and specific's for the next season.
David Duchovny has done a couple guest appearances on TV since his series Aquarius was cancelled notably reprising in the revival of Twin Peaks for 2017.
Gillian Anderson has completed several TV projects and several feature films and still has aside from a couple in post-production, another just completed but with yet two more film's presently in pre-production status most likely to go before the camera's next year.
David has shared his enthusiasim and optimisim to Twitter sharing to Gillian the current status of Chris writing show's for season 11 and suggesting in good humor that Scully should dust off her FBI badge for continued service as weell as wishing she a Happy Birthday.
However that was this passed summer and now it is December 2nd, 2016 and there is still no confirmation, no offical word except rumor's and mumbling's about a possible 10 episode order to lense next summer and air by January 2018.
Presently the show's status has been temporarily shelved as "Definite maybe" as on going negotiation's have stalled and reason's cited have been attributed to the principal's busy schedule's.
Well with Duchovny having completed two guest shot appearances for TV only and carter's being fully committed to writing and putting season 11 together seem's Gillian Anderson is the one with too much of a full plate on her hand's with several just completed TV and film roles and yet more film's in pre-production status to fulfill into next year.
Would seem that a Season 11 is now even further away and seemingly more pessimistic than optimistic in coming to fruition.
I wonder though that even if only one or the other of the two stars provide's available that perhap's FOX pursue's a new cast of character's to continue the series with Fox Mulder leading around an ensemble of investigative agent's instead and just write Scully out of the show as on assignment or away with the ET's again and maybe just have her back once and a while in a cameo here and there to not at all.
