Does anyone have any tips on how I should talk to him about asking out his daughter?
Would he like me more if I told him that I too am part of a bikie gang? He looks like a bikie himself!
He seems like a very intimidating fellow who wants to hurt me!
I am just a mere Australian peasant - how could I ask for his blessing and for his daughters hand?

Well, the good news is that she seems to have broken off her engagement to Liam Hemsworth. If you really want some sort of intimacy with her, your best bet would be to send her a fan letter. It's a long shot that you would even get a reply (apart from a form letter, maybe), but that is what I would do if I were you.
