it's a bit. she's doing one huge confidence play, or trying to those who bite (i.e. you) are marks. billy ray ain't nothing but a shill in this trick. think of it as some real life hanna montana sh!t. and it appears to be working. so i kinda have found myself raising this, cyrus offspring, up a notch or two, in the worthy category.
