The only song I have ever heard of him was "Achy Breaky Heart" and I haven't heard of anymore of his songs. Of course he has a few now because of Miley and stuff but what about back then?
Never been to a Hanson concert

He's had quite a few big songs The latest top 10 is "Ready, Set, Don't Go" which is the duet w/ Miley. Other hits of his would be Some Gave All, Could've Been Me, Where'm I Gonna Live, In The Heart Of A Woman, Words By Heart, Somebody New, Romeo (collaboration w/ Dolly Parton), Busy Man, You Won't Be Lonely Now In other words, he isn't a one hit wonder.

While he is best known for "Achey Breakey Heart", he does have quite a few other songs. If you have Rhapsody, ITunes, or Yahoo Music Jukebox (all free audio players) and look up his name, you'll see a list of a few albums (I think some before "Hannah Montana" started). I like to use Rhapsody because the free version lets you listen to 25 full songs for free every month before cutting to the normal 30 second clips.

Yes it is gigantic. But sadly i am the only one i know who knows who Hank Jr. is. My family is originally from Kentucky so they are all big country music fans. I spent my early years before my grandfather died listening to country music with him. so I really like it. But no one i know besides my cousins listen to it. When I found they listened to country music, i was thrilled!!!!
As far as Billy ray being a one hit wonder. I don't think so. I never liked the song Achy Breaky heart , I liked "could've been me" -

Aweee - Don't let it get to ya! Nashville is HUGE and so is the country fanbase! All it takes is one big artist to make country music the in-thing. Shania a few years agoCarrie Underwood now
I remember when I was listening to RUN-DMC's first album and the world had no idea what hip-hop was! -

Actually, most of his so-called songs are ripped from other artists or composers, because he doesn't have the talent to write his own.
Last I heard he was being sued from another so-called artist over the rights to his songs
Another thing; is it true that he receives a monthly allowance from his daughter? -

Ahh how sad and pathetically obvious it is to see hatred, jealousy, and ignorance over someone else's talent and success when it's written down. TamooMeadows seems to have all of them judging from the posts. If you don't like the Cyrus family, get off their boards.
Yes, Tish gets paid. She's Miley's manager. Kevin gets paid. He's Miley's road manager. Just as he got paid two years ago when he was Billy's road manager. Billy gets paid. He's an artist and an actor, and was a success before Miley was even born. You see, when you work, you get paid. How dare they!
Wise up. -

I made a mistake on the name of Billy's brother who works for Miley and did work for Billy. It's Mick, not Kevin. Kevin is Billy's other brother. My mistake.
Regardless, your blind hatred coupled with your immaturity has clouded your ability to see the truth. Your obnoxious rant was long on personal attacks and character assassination, but short on facts.
I'd explain the lies and distortions you put forth, but you're not interested in the truth. You're only interested in attacking those who are more successful and more talented than you.
Grow up.
