So Billy skyrockets to fame by having one hit song that was huge and I'm guessing that's when he hooked up with a chick and Miley was conceived during his fame height from the many women he probably bedded
Now, from his short lived fame Miley was bornand fast forward 14/15 years and he pushes that offspring into the limelight and sells her image to anyone who will buy it so he can still make some sort of money and be a scumbag.Now because of his actions and what he forced upon his daughter, he's criticizing it?

I don't think that's fair. Miley DEFINITELY wanted to be famous so it's not like she was pushed into working as an actress against her will. He probably thought he was being a good dad by letting her pursue her dream, but never knew how freakin huge the show was going to be. And once the show exploded, it was too late. Anyway, we don't know if he tried to intervene. Just from watching his airhead of a wife in a couple of interviews I'd say she was definitely the enabler of the two. But it's so sad in any case

And we should always give our children what they want. That won't make them little asswipes at all! And we should bla111cme the viewers for making Miley so damn popular! It's not Billy Ray Jimmy Joe Jim Bob Cyrus' fault at all!

Whoa, don't put words in my mouth. I never said it wasn't totally his fault, of course he made mistakes, and he fully admits that in the GQ interview. But anyone who thinks it's as easy to just pull the reins and completeley take control over your kid is dense. It's not black and white, especially considering such uniquely difficult circumstances. I'd like to know why no one is blaming the mother
