Now, I'm not Miley hater. I think she is pretty hot, and a few of her songs are catchy, but I swear he pimps her out. I mean, what ever happened to parenting? I'm not expecting him to be really strict per say, but it seems he doesn't care AT ALL. I mean, letting his daughter grind on a dude almost as old as himself?! WTF?!?! It's starting to make me wonder if he cares about his daughter, or if he's just using her for money, like Joe Jackson.

I agree with you about his parenting skills. He's even said that he never disciplines his own children, and that he lets his wife take care of it. That being said, I don't even know if the wife disciplines the kids, either, because she's seems like a carbon copy of him. They both act like they don't give a damn about what their kids do. They're probably scared that if they put their foot down, their kids will end up resenting them in the future. I think that it's normal for kids/teenagers to be mad at their parents when they don't get their way. However, in the future, they usually end up thanking their parents for keeping them in line. It seems like the Cyrus children won't ever be able to say, "Hey, mom and/or dad, thanks for keeping me in control when I was a kid" because I get the impression that they're allowed to run free and do whatever they want!
He even said that he has always been Miley's friend before being a parent. That's a big NO-NO, in my book. You should always be a parent before being a friend. Her parents probably want to be seen as "the cool parents" or something ridiculous like that.
