David Faustino- Never even had so much as a starring role on a show. The only thing that comes to mind right now is a guest spot on Unhappily Ever After and a VERY brief cameo in Entourage (don't blink or you'll miss it).

I wouldn't call it a "success" doing jobs just to make money. That is a sign of a poor actor with no skills. He just picks up what he can get. The problem right now is that no "serious" project wants him where he can show of who he really is. Most jobs he are getting right now or as you call them "projects" are because of MCV - not because he is "talented". They are just trying to make money of "Bud", which is the curse he is going to live with.
Unless a serious "project" come along he is doomed to fail.
