Was Frances Fisher in 'Big' (Tom Hanks)?

I recently saw 'Big' for the first time. There is a scene near the beginning where Tom Hanks best friend is at home having dinner with his family. His mother is screaming at everyone that she works all day and comes home and has to do all the cooking, cleaning, etc. but no one lifts a finger to help.
I swear this is Francis Fisher but the character appears to be uncredited (and, worse, not acknowledged). She is much younger in this film but I swear it is her. Does anyone know for sure if this is Frances? If so, why is she not in the credits? I became a fan when I first saw her as Eva Thorne in 'Eureka'. I kept thinking, she is such a great actress and looks so familiar that I was sure I'd seen her before. (I think I used to get her mixed up with Grayson Hallanother great actress, but not so since I finally "discovered" her from 'Eureka') I looked her up here and, sure enough, I'd seen her many times before but never made that connection until 'Eureka'. Now I watch her every chance I get. Too bad she is not in more stuff. -
