In Malcolm in the Middle, Justin Berfield plays Reese, Malcolm's older brother when in fact Frankie Muniz is 3 months older.
Estelle Getty who played Beatrice Arthur's mother in The Golden Girls is in fact 2 months younger than her on-screen daughter.

In the railway children, Sally Thomsett, who played Phyllis, was 2 years older than the girl who played Bobbie. She was 21, playing an 8 year old, and had a clause in her contract saying that she had to pretend to be 16.
