      Heya Tiger;
      That would be a shock to me as I talked to her several days ago.
      I am her 1st cousin - once removed (her maternal grandparents are my paternal great grandparents).
      June is very much alive and is very busy with a lot of projects.
      Her younger sister, with whom I spoke a few days later, says she almost has to make an appointment with June for a dinner date ,-)
      Both are such nice ladies!!!
      Thank you for caring - Steven

        I'm glad to hear that now only is still alive, but apparently still working busily. She is just phenomenal. Witch Hazel, need I say anymore? Love her! Of course, as an 80s kid, she'll always be Magica De Spell from DUCKTALES to me. 🙂

          June still drives herself where she needs to go, according to her sister; has a Jag. I'm given to understand she's involved with some voice projects, but also with a lot of charitable work, too.
          One item I hadn't known, which was recently added to her bio here at IMDB; her status as faculty emeritus at USC.

            She did not die. I know for one of her birthdays there were a bunch of misguided people who wrote things on this site like "like thanks for the memories" or wished her a happy birthday as much as 10 years older than she was. If you go to her profile at imdb.com, you will see that there is no date of death at all-not sure where you ever saw a date of death for her.

              It is nice to know that June is still alive. In my opinion June is the greatest female cartoon voice artist of all time - period. It is too bad that June does not get the credit she deserves. We love you, June!!

                in 2012 she received an EMMY for her oustanding Performance. She should have received that ages ago.

                  She's phenomenal but calling her the &qb68uot;greatest female cartoon voice of all time"? She shares that distinction with Mae Questal, voice of Betty Boop and Olive Oyl. And she was the hilarious Aunt Bethany in " Christmas Vacation ".

                    Died? It was simply a magic illusion created by Magica De Spell! 😉
