Birth Name or Stage Name?

Foray sounds so very artsy and even literary, that I have wondered for years if this is June's birth name. IMDB often lists birth names, under an actor's stage name-but they can't always know about everyone. Does anyone know if Foray is really her real name?

I myself do not, but both my grandmother and a family friend have met several times. My grandmother used to work in a medical office where she is a client. A family friend used to run a resturaunt that Ms. Foray frequents. As for the name I have just never ever seen another name listed.

Good evening;
I am the eldest grandson of June's uncle Harold J. Robinson and have been doing quite a bit of geneologic research.
The best information I have is that June's mother Ida E. Robinson married Maurice Forer; pronounced Foray.
It looks like June's full birthname was: June Lucille Forer.
She had a brother named Bertram (3 years older) and a sister named Geraldine (7 years younger) at the time of the 1930 US census.
