Well, she has aged more than many 47s but I feel for her having been ill.
I only fault her for the 'do, as you write, and for the botox and whatever else she has had.

Miss Guy is actually a class act, i don't know what happened, but she is a class act, you can't be a snob and take time to direct a play with students at Spellman, when you are still a legitimate actor/celeb worthy of TMZ attention LOL.
She is not Whitley Gilber and yes her face look mean when she is not smilling!
as to her health issues, why is this lupus thing still seen as credible, she has never adressed the issue, she has never denied nor confirmed I am pretty sure if she did suffer from that Lupus thing, she would act like any celebrity, be champion of its cure, with a foundation that fund raise to give money to research ways to cure it since she hasn't done that, let's stop that Lupus non sense
Jasmine got old maybe because of smoking or marital problem but Lupus? No there is any no scientific data establishing the link between excessive aging and lupus! -

No? And you're basing this opinion on?
Most significant illnesses can cause aging. I don't know how serious Jasmine's lupus is, but it's impossible to dismiss it entirely by saying "there is no data establishing a link". Whenever you have an illness which stresses the system, especially the immune system, it can accelerate the symptoms of aging.
Of course smoking could do it but I don't know if she smokes? It would be insane for someone with lupus to smoke, anyway (well, even MORE insane than anyone else smoking - it's always insane).
Lastly, I wouldn't call her aging "excessive". Just more than one might expect given various other factors.

My opinion on lupus and accelerated aging, wasn't well expressed, let me rephrase, based on extensive research through the internet on serious website about lupus, including one from the foundation that raises awarness around that disease, i haven't encountered any document that establishes that link but since i am not a doctor or pharmaceutical engineer, maybe i might not have accessed the relevant resources on the topic But as far as my research went the link between accelerated aging and lupus was not established bhut i am willing to reconsider this
As far as her aging? Maybe i still have my teenage crush on Whitley Gilbert, but i am one of those crazy people who think Jasmine Guy the 48 years old woman is beautifull, i repeat Jasmine Guy 48 years old woman is beautiful and a fabulous actress who just didn't get the roles to show the serious talent she has.
Does she looks like she has aged more than other 48 years old women in her line work??? It's pretty obvious i mean i know actresses 10 years older who looks 10 years younger than her but we know the secret to their eternal youth and it's not sport I will not make fun of an actress who is not afraid to get old
Back to Lupus, why hasn't she openly discussed that issue? She might actually be the only celeb with a rare disease and who hasbn't talked about in public, created a foundation for its cure, this would if true, a first, the narcissim of their line of work makes it impossible for them to not share their pain with the rest of us
Anyway, I love Jasmine and i hope the 25th anniversary of the show that made or famous will be an opportunity for the crazy folks at carsey-warner to release the s2->s6 DVD and maybe a little direct to dvd movie special so we can see 48 years old Whitley Gilbert-Wayne and Dwayne Wayne deal w5b4ith their son's new fianc.. i predict that Whitley Gilbert will act the same way Dwayne's mother acted with her 20 years ago -

Totally disagree. In addition to her hair being very unattractive in this film clip, her face looks hard and wrinkled. With her recent divorce and escalating credit card debt, she's probably undergoing a great deal of stress in her life, which is probably why her appearance is so bad. Hopefully, she can get her problems resolved.
