Yeah he did say that!!! So why weren't white employers NOT HIRING BLACK PEOPLE?? WHITE PEOPLE HAD ALL THE JOBS!
SO whites and blacks protested.
If white employers weren't discriminating against blackness, Affirmative Action policies wouldn't have been created.
Affirmative Action works for whites as well. A black employer would have to met a quota for hiring white people.
