I always thought she'd be a better Storm. Waaaay back, it seemed like the fans wanted her for the role. This was back when an X-Men movie was still a dream to fans and Charlie Sheen was suggested to play Spiderman.

I always thought Storm looked like Iman. But Berry was definitely wrong. She looks like a suburban mom dressed as Storm for her little kid's Halloween party.

If the films were made in the 80s, Iman or Grace would have been spot on perfect. I think the comic artists that drew Storm in the 80s were sorta responding to images in the media of Black supermodels. It makes perfect sense that Storm would remind people of Iman and Grace because the images have become somewhat embroiled. It's like when I saw Samuel L jackson as Nick Fury. There was a strange flicker of recognition because the recent comic version of Fury is actually BASED on Jackson's image.

I love both Jones and X-men, but I never put the two together. The movie still would have suffered, from my view. If it didn't stay true to the comic book story lines, they could have added depth. There's Hollywood for ya. And yeah - the movie wasn't grade A acting in the first place.
Lone live Jones!

Everyone is always talking about Angela Bassett for the role of Storm, I think the perfect woman in her heyday would have been the model Iman. Iman is such a graceful, beautiful and tall African woman.
