highly doubt, in a SC bar, that he attacked them because he got pissed for being recognized from X3. Of course that's what a bunch of drunk hick locals will say, but there's most likely more to the story. but whatever.
It was a South Dakota bar. And a Mexican / Native dude that was in the fight. Vinnie was drunk and wanted to play pool. Someone made a smartass remark. Vinnie got pissed. He headbutts a guy. Guy's buddy clocks him in the face with a glass. Vinnie's on the way to the loo. Vinnie coldcocks some Mex / Native dude in the face. Vinnie goes to Sanford Hospital E.R. Get's popped for Ag. Assault. Posts bail.- Not South Carolina
- Not some redneck
- Waaaay more to the story
- Badass Vinnie went pheasant hunting the next day

I thought they recognized him for being in that movie, not soccer.

"What an ungrateful bastard Vinnie is. X-Men is the only reason why he gained any fame. Casting directors will start ignoring him now."
Are you retarded? You ever heard of Snatch or Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, two movies which have him to thank for half of their awesome?
I'm honestly surprised somebody even recognized him from X-Men 3, I mean, come on - the Juggernaut role in the flick is really, really tiny. -

here's the link for anyone who hasn't seen it.
I'm sure there's more to it. I think even for Vinnie Jones someone saying you were in X-men is a little light to start fighting.
I didn't really want to see the fat mans arse hanging out though lol -

I live in South Dakota, and I've been told to avoid bars around these areas. Some people around here are just looking for their next fight. I got buddies who've been beaten with cue balls and lost teeth, had their eyes almost gouged til they bled, and heads slammed on pool tables. I've been told that if I do get into a fight to not be afraid to kick 'em in the nuts or head butt them, because they will no doubt do worse to you.
Also there are a lot of punks who fight in groups around these parts and never heard of a "fair" fight. There was really tough guy who liked to drink a lot around these parts, he was beaten to death by a group of punks with pipes and bats. It was messy, the bad part is two of the attackers where my cousins (disowned by the way.) So yeah, if your gonna drink in an SD bar you gotta learn to watch your back and fight dirty. At least that's what I've been told. I don't want to find out.

long_rod_von_hugen_dong is one of your cousins Jesse Bicket then? and the fat dude must be a part of it. I'm pretty sure there's more to the story than what was originally printed. And from what you say it sounds like that place has a reputation for violence

I have no relation to Jesse Bicket, couldn't tell you who he was. I'm just repeating the things I've heard from others. South Dakota as a whole isn't really known for violence, just the bar scene. I'm sure the same could be said of almost any place with a bar in town though. I was tired when I posted when I made my last post and didn't edit a some words, kinda makes it sound like the entire place is violent..it's not.
Remember, Wild Bill Hickock was killed in a bar in Deadwood, SD. He was considered to be one of the best gunfighters of his time. Maybe, if you lived here it might be easier to understand.

SD bars really are not that bad generally they are full of younger college age kids out to have a good time unfortunetly there are several dbag types you should tend to stay away from (gangster wannabes and tapout/mma mongaloids- guys that feel they need to prove something) and they generally stay in bars with others just like them there are several bars in sioux falls that are equiped to stopping a fight as it starts and seperates the folks involved and if need be, calling the law too bad vinnie decided to act up in the wrong bar to the wrong people so out of staters shouldnt shy away from sd bars because now we have a "reputation" just lay back and get trashed I have only seen one fight that has gone to the use of a weapon (a guy that thought he was an mma fighter grabbing a four foot long pipewrench) and it was quickly taken away from him by a crowd and the cops got called
