I think she looks very similar to Sofia Milos who is in CSI: Miami. In fact, when I saw CSI NY, I thought she had actually left Miami and went to New York. Then I realized that they're two different actresses. Ironically, both have Greek heritage.

I have to agree with you. I think that she looks similar to Sofia Milos too. I love CSI:Miami as well as CSI:NY. I watch all three of the CSI shows and I like them all. My favorite is CSI:NY, but I like them all.

Actually, my friends and I joke because we have a professor that resembles Melinaactually, Melina resembles herour professor was born first. Anyway, we told our professor one day that she looked like Melina, and she was like "Who the heck is that?" LOL. But she was pleased.

And speaking of Marina Sirtis, who also appears in BLIND DATE (filmed in Athens), the woman listed as "first victim" has very similar features and hair. I had to look it up in IMDB to be certain it was not Melina K..
As an odd coincidence, Kirsty Alley also appears in that movie. Both Kirsty and Marina also appear in the Star Trek franchise as Lt. Savick and Counselor Troi respectively. Or maybe not a coincidence since BLIND DATE was made after Kirsty Alley had finished her Star Trek movie, but before it appeared in the theaters. Maybe Marina got into the Next Generation as a result of working with Kirsty?
