End of season 6, last episode, Bonasera is with CSI.
ended on Danny and Lindsey dealing with Shawn Casey.
Season 7 opens. casey is dead. Bonasera now in New Orleans
with no REAL in-show explanation as to why.
Wish they'd back track a bit and explain it.

It was meant to be a few months later, wasn't it?
But I think the only explanation (the letter to Lindsay) was totally ham-fisted and could have been done better. They could have at least filmed some kind of goodbye rather than just having her never be seen again!
