The only risk is a bad doctor. Judging by some of the faces you see in Hollywood, there is a lot of incompetence. I don't think Joey Lawrence is going bald and do believe it was for a role. He looks like Mr. Clean.

As to Mr Lawrence's baldness, he may have shaved his head just because he wanted to or for a part in a movie and decided to keep it or, as I said earlier, to distance himself from the
"Blossom"
show and the "Joey Russo" character with his magnificent mane.
I think he's trying to grow up as well as trying to grow as an actor. It's the casting people (and a few "fans") who wouldn't let him; they were still trying to cast him as the "teen heart-throb" character until he cut his hair.
