Wow, I came here specifically to ask this question! Regardless of why, I think he looks better with hair. There are some men who are hot baldSean Connery, Ed Harrisbut I don't think it suits Joey. I think his hair looks the best in the main pic posted on his imdb profile. Grow it back, Joe!!
