Actors should kill themselves just to work with him (not literally). His approach is really refreshing, directors should follow his example if they want to get fantastic result from their actors.

I am an actor (or trying to be at least), and I have said for years that if I could pick a director to work with it would be Mike Leigh. Unfortunately, the chances of that are quite slim since I'm not British.
