Uhm. No. Go see "Die Another Day&qub68ot;. The new "Q" (he's called R) is played by John Cleese (introduced by Llewelyn's character in "The World Is Not Enough". He would have retired after TWINE anyway. And the reason for no Q or R in Casino Royale is pretty ovious if you pay attention to the story.

Today he would've been 98. He lit up most of the Bond films, I know I saw them all when I was 9.
So in respect to his memory and his birthday I would like to say a really meaningful and poetic line of dialoge from film
"Grow up 007!"
