I just saw an article in Hello magazine (UK magazine) that basically said she was just living in Hollywood with her movie career. She got engaged briefly a few years ago to Norman Mailer's son Michael who is in the movie biz. She was going to write a book and had signed a book deal with Judith Regan but it never surfaced.
I met her once and she was so sweet, beautiful and charming I was always dissapointed she didnt "shine" more in her career.

SHE DIDNT SHINE IN HER CAREER BECAUSE BREAKING UP THE TRUMP FAMILY WAS HER CAREER AND ONCE SHE DID THAT THERE WAS NO MORE FOR HER TO DO.

THIS PERSON SPEAKS THE TRUTH. MARLA MAPLES' SOLE OBJECTIVE WAS THE DESTRUCTION OF IVANA TRUMP'S MARRIAGE TO THE DONALD. AS FOR TALENT, MAPLES HAS NONE, SO THERE IS NOTHING TO PERFECT EXCEPT HER SEXUAL TECHNIQUE. SHE WAS ONCE ENGAGED TO THE LATE NORMAN MAILER'S SON MICHAEL, A MOVIE PRODUCER, BUT THAT ENDED UP ON THE ROCKS FOR THE REASON MAPLES SUFFERS FROM A.D.D. WHEN IT COMES TO LOYALTY. SHE SHOULD BE IN PSYCHOLOGICAL REHAB. SO, THERE YOU ARE, THE TRUTH SPEAKS FOR ITSELF AND AS FAR AS BEING A MARRIAGE COUNSELOR ON ABC'S DEFUNCT EX-WIVES CLUB, MAPLES IS PATHETIC.
