There's still hope for James' Cyclops, right?

I mean, I know with Apocalypse they're gonna cast younger actor to play young Scott. But after this ongoing trilogy is finished, they might want to make another X-Men films again, right?
And now that Days of Future Past has kind of reset the X-Men universe, Scott Summers is alive and kicking. So if they decide to feature adult Scott in an X-Men movie in the future, they can cast James again, right?
Scott Summers is a complex character but they never gave his character enough story. And I don't want to see another actor playing adult Scott in the future
What does it matter what anybody thinks? Most people don't think. -

marsden was miscast to begin with.
unfortunately for him hugh jackman was the perfect wolverine, and though i am personally disinterested in the wolverine character everyone else loves him and jackman fit the role perfectly (tho he was too tall)..
they needed to cast someone older as clyclops and someone taller. marsden was only about 25 when they shot the first xmen. about 19 yrs younger than famke jannsen playing jean.he looked like a boy. cyclops should have been well into his 30s in the first xmen he was the leader of the group
i agree they never fleshed out his character at all and basically he was a background character and there was nothing for james marsden to do, so it wasnt his fault. but i always felt he was totally miscast to begin with.
they needed someone at least 10 yrs older, taller, with a more muscular authoratative frame.
