Okay, we all know he can write and act. He has that quirky sort of enchanting quality to him. What's your favorite Garry Marshall film? As in Directing/ProducingI really like Runaway Bride and Princess Diaries. Many people will say I have bad taste, but I'm not judging by quality. I just really enjoy these two films.

I agree with you on Runaway Bride and The Princess 5b4Diaries, but I also have a fondness for Pretty Womannot just any movie can get away with changing a hooker into the lover of a businessmand actually have her give up her ways.

BEACHES. It made me laugh in the beginging and cry like a baby at the end. It's the Marshall touch. I also really like Raising helen.

I must say, personally I am a fan of Overboard, Pretty Woman, Princess Diaries (I and II) and The Other Sister. He also was an actor in one of my favorite movies of all times Never been kissedlol. GREAT MOVIES! Deffinatly my favorite director/writer/actor person of all time. Just a pure, complete film genius!

I think it's a pretty easy decision: Frankie & Johnny
Life is a state of mind.

with some movies, you merely watching people get paid to read lines

If i would have to do a poll what is the most legendary and overall the best film, you'd always find "Pretty Woman" by unanimous decision as the timeless classic. Then Overboard, Princess Diaries(I /II) and The Other Sister (i always cry during this one
