"lets see.psychotic, sexually frustrated weirdo who changed his last name in honor of serial killer charles manson or a normal human being who isnt named after a mass murderer and whose work has not been banned in the U.S..hmm real hard choice. think i'll stick to the right."
    This was tooooo easy
Perhaps before you spout your silliness you should check your facts. This is only ONE reference of MANY out there easily found on Google. Manson's right wing views are common knowledge.
I'm proud to say that you on the right can HAVE your "psychotic, sexually frustrated weirdo who changed his last name in honor of serial killer charles manson".
    Talk about ignorant and uninformed.

you obviously don't know much about the south so shut the hell up. northern states have high percentage of divorce. they have a lot of teen pregnancies and high school drop-outs. so what if a lot of the people in the south aren't fancy and rich. we're not ignorant beep like you.

Was that mean to be an insult? After all, it is statistical fact that Southern states have the highest high school drop-out, teen pregnancy, and marital divorce rates. If I were you, I wouldn 't pride myself so much to be a conservative. I understand that you may be unaware of your own ignorance, but please get an education and put an end to this culture of insular hypocrisy.
It's people who think like you who cause division. Instead of insulting conservatives, did you ever think about actually WORKING with us to find a solution and offering INTELLIGENT commentary? Or are you more concerned with being entertained by putting us down?

The real question is: Why Do beep liberals hate America so much? Why do they support terrorism by protesting against their own country's government and military, whom they don't care one thing about?

miker3870, you managed to derail the thread, which probably never should have been started to begin with, but at least the original subject pertained to Reba.
The real question is: Why Do beep liberals hate America so much? Why do they support terrorism by protesting against their own country's government and military, whom they don't care one thing about?
This is nonsensical. If you believe this so strongly, please qualify it, because it just sounds like you're a tool repeating what someone unintelligent and prejudiced person said about a group of people.

I have no idea why Reba would continue to support Bush, but you are woefully oversimplifying the matter by saying that she must either be ignorant or hate America. How can it be that simple? Some people don't have their eyes wide open when it comes to political matters but are not hateful or stupid. I think you're being harsh, though I can certainly understand being angry and zealous about the issue.

i love the way liberals moan about freedom of speech, but the second a conservative says something they disagree with they hammer them, having said that i'm not really a huge bush fan myself but that dosen't mean he is satan people, everybody is entitled to their own opinion
and bush is not the worst president ever, one of the worst, but not the worst if he were a democrat getting into all of this trouble, he would not be such a punching bag

Ugh, I can't stand generalizations like that. Besides, it wasn't only the original liberal poster who was decrying someone for speaking her mindthe conservative who posted a response just wanted the first person to shut up. Does anyone
                    really
                    favor free speech for
                    everyone
                    ?
if he were a democrat getting into all of this trouble, he would not be such a punching bag
Do you really think so? What does that really have to do with it? I have no doubt that I would hate him just as much if he identified as a Democrat. I don't really care; I don't associate with either party. He put whatever label on his political views he chooses and it doesn't change his words and actions.

Oh really? I didn't realize the popularity polls determined who was the worst president in history. And how anyone would say Truman is worse than say, Polk, is beyond me.
Read your History the President with the record for the lowest support from the people
                        was a Democrat
And what does it really matter? I'm waiting for the day that people figure out that Democrats and Republicans are pretty much the same.

Reba McEntire represents a small, but powerful segment of America that calls itself the "heartland". These people are woefully narrow-minded and bigoted they believe blacks took their jobs away years ago and believe that Larry the Cable Guy's bigoted humor is actually harmless. They call themselves pro-life, yet support the death penalty.
Reba made the proverbial %&# out of herself at the ACM awards a few years ago by continually taking pot shots at the Dixie Chicks who actually are real musicians (in comparison to her, who seldom writes her own songs).
Yep Reba calls out to her base, who really aren't your picture perfect idea of inclusive Americans the "Melting Pot".

What the hell does her show being cancelled (which by the way, last time I checked, was picked for 13 more episodes)and DC album being #1 have to do with anything?
Everyone has their own opinions. Just because she still supports Bush, she hates America? That makes absolutely no sense.
I'm a Southern Democratic who does not support Bush or the war. What kind of person does that make me?

First, until the late 1960's the south voted democrat. The Democratic party was the party for white supremacist (Orel Faubus, Strom Thurmond, George Wallace). Now, these may be southern politicians but it shows how ignorance cannot be subject to party lines.
And as far as the droput rates go look at places like Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, New York. Minorities have some of the highest dropout rates who happen to vote (majority) democrat. Although most minorities have better chances (as well as whites) to succeed in smaller towns especially suburban areas. And Im not making a generalization about minorities, just about large cities. In fact, most small communites in the south have very low dropout rates, unwanted pregnancy, drug use, and higher GPA's. These small "backwards" suburbs and rural towns happen to have conservative values, which in my opinion keeps the community close and with high morals and ethics.
Dont forget that one of the most beloved Democratic presidents of the twentieth century was from one of these backwards states.
You cant make generalizations about the party lines, there is a far right and far left that is constantly portrayed as the majority. Whether its the bible preaching "right" or drum beating hippy "left" we are both lumped with these people. Remember that Reagan was hated during his term and is considered now to be a great president. All of the same things said about Reagan are being said about Bush.
Just because someone supports our president does not mean she hates America, and the same goes for someone who dislikes Bush. We all obviously love America, if we didnt we wouldnt be so passionate about the way we feel.
