I hate to say it, but I find her mother weirdly suspicious in the entire thing. She lived in the house with Brittany and her husband, so the mold thing makes zero sense given she herself never got sick. Brittany's father's claims of poisoning may seem outrageous at first, but when you actually think about the situation, it makes more and more sense, to me at least.

I've come to the belief after the toxicology reports that both she and her husband were slowly murdered by poison. Whether it was a relative or the government who did it remains to be known. I hope her father doesn't give up on this, hard as it may be. Someone has to answer for their deaths.

Maybe she was poisoned and then again maybe she wasn't. If she was, how do you know that someone poisoned her or was she accidentally poisoned or was she poisoned through her environment?
Until more evidence is gained - those are questions that needs to be answered before anyone can definitely say she was poisoned.
Anyways, keep your fingers crossed that if she was poisoned, this will come out and the person(s) if it was intentional will be caught. -

Her environment consisted mainly of the home she shared with Sharon Murphy - who didn't become sick unlike the other two members of the household. And who also showed reluctance to summon medical aid in both Brittany and Simon's cases - in Simon's case despite pleading from his mother.

Did you look into what I mentioned last time about the samples the Samples he got from the Coroner's Office and why he insisted on having her exhumed????
If you need a refresher - Bertolotti filed a lawsuit against the LA Coroner's office for Brittany's Hair and TISSUE samples that were obtained from her autopsy. He wanted them so bad that he lost that lawsuit because he DID NOT show up in court and the Judge had not choice but to dismiss it. For some reason, the LA Coroner's office gave Bertolotti Brittany's Hair and TISSUE samples. If he had Brittany's Tissue Samples - then why did he want to have Brittany exhumed?????

The attention-seeking narcissistic sociopath Julia Davis was the driving force behind the exhumation and legal stuff generally.

Julia Davis pretended to want Brittany exhumed, to keep the story going. Obviously if she HAD been exhumed, the authorities would simply have denied the significance of anything found, as they did with existing tissue samples.

Wasn't there a plot to kidnap her husband awhile back? They thought Brittany Murphy was crazy/manic or was paranoid from drug use. But maybe she wasn't that crazy after all?

there was no specific result given for the HIV test and AIDS is not a single disease but is a diagnosis of the multiple infections due to HIV i.e. Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia caused by HIV or Kaposi's Sarcoma being asymptomatic of HIV and AIDS being the related cause of those opportunistic infections

The REELZ channel has an excellent episode of a British program (adapted for American TV) called "Autopsy: The Last Hours of " Don't worry, it's not gory or anything.
A very dignified British Medical Examiner named Richard Shepherd goes over the autopsy tests and notes and discusses how the person actually died (Marilyn Monroe, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson etc.)
